What Does ‘Non-Judgmental’ Really Mean?

Coming in contact with people who challenge your beliefs and engaging with them indiscriminately is quite a task. How do we manage shoving those judgmental thoughts down deep, or better yet – evaporate them?

Being around people who have thoughts of their own is a great first step. We all have our experiences and being compassionate brings us the emotional awareness that being different is actually a good thing. Compassion anticipates what doesn’t necessarily happen intuitively at an intellectual level for some of us. Follow through and move compassion from your heart into your awareness. The world’s diversity will feel and look rich and generous.
