Formal education tricks us into thinking that knowledge can be solidified in three years, with no further maintenance. If we take this approach to any practices that improve our wellbeing – meditation, mindfulness, affirmations etc we can’t be further away from the truth. Often times, as soon as we stop exercising or meditating for instance, our body and mind is changing its composition. The lack of commitment and self-esteem take center stage and we allow all the hard work to go to waste. We are embarked on an ongoing journey towards growth and not seeking to meet our full potential is choosing to just partially live. Buckle up, take responsibility and commit to building purpose.
