Encouraging yourself is more than optimism, is a huge part of what makes things happen. Don’t throw negativity at yourself, build yourself up. Through words and action than will get you where you want to be in life. Your coordinates are not fixed. Growth, happiness, wealth – nothing is fixed. Make it your goal to aim up and aim high.
Our brain seeks to rationalize human behavior, forgetting that there are part of us that don’t make sense to our mind. Reactions or actions that don’t align with a script can be stigmatized. They make us feel good and in our right to point at others. And although it might always feel right, it’s never true. We are the masters of our own life. We don’t own our children, partners, friends and family. We only have what we build and are what we grow into being.
Have you ever planned for something and you stubbornly wanted that to be it? Plans are a starting point, just as a degree is only the beginning of life-long learning. Plans often lead to stronger ideas and more elaborated processes. It often is that a plan that we hatch and we think of as a masterpiece unleashes our potential. Our potential is unlimited and change is intrinsic to life. So plan today, review tomorrow and then implement it.
We spend our formative years adopting other people’s vision of the world, as well as learning from the experiences that we are exposed to. Unavoidable limitations consist of our geography, associations, access to education, the language we speak and more. And because our parents are responsible for us at the start of our life, we might feel like that responsibility applies later and delay taking ownership of who we are and the mark we leave in the world. But trusting someone doesn’t absolve us from responsibility, nor does it represent a valid excuse for how much we choose to live. Growth is an inner journey,

We are all moving through life at different speeds and going into different directions. It comes a point when discovering who we are and who we can be is stronger than the need for validation. That’s the point where building a powerful life and a powerful you begins.
We’ve all witnessed global changes in the past few months and how they tie in with people’s ability to adjust, learn and grow. Building a temple of stillness within doesn’t lock out stimuli that help us grow, it helps us witness events calmly and move into a peaceful direction of growth. It is anger what keeps the teachings of outer events away and deprives us from self-development. When we negate the reality of other people and the state of the world and instead we use them as an opportunity to harvest anger, we choose involution over evolution. Our power comes from within and opening the doors to compassion and understanding is what puts our power at the service of the good.
